SkymaxNG Broadband Internet Services are provided solely for the personal or internal business use of the registered subscriber and may only be used at the approved installation address.
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from selling, reselling, sharing, redistributing, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise making SkymaxNG internet services available to third parties without prior written authorization from SkymaxNG.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution of SkymaxNG broadband services is illegal, constitutes a breach of these Terms, and may violate applicable telecommunications regulations.
SkymaxNG reserves the right to monitor network usage and investigate any suspected violations. Where unauthorized redistribution is detected, SkymaxNG may immediately suspend or terminate service, recover damages, and pursue legal remedies without prior notice.
Subscribers are responsible for securing their equipment, passwords, and network access credentials. Any unauthorized use originating from a subscriber's connection may be deemed the subscriber's responsibility.
Subscribers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including directives issued by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
The service must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or network-disruptive activities. SkymaxNG reserves the right to suspend services that adversely affect network performance or other customers.
SkymaxNG may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the SkymaxNG website or notification to subscribers.
By using SkymaxNG Broadband Internet Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
